Tips for Doing Summer Training

We inform all students of the fourth semester that the summer internship process is supervised by the Career Development Center (CDC) of the institute، so please be aware of the following points:

The student must have selected his/her preferred location for the summer internship before the deadline (1/5/2025) and has taken the letter to the location and returned the dissolution to the Career Development Center. The student is free to choose which place to conduct the training، whether it is in the public or private sector. You can come to pick up a letter from the Job Development Center on March 6, 2025.

The student must receive a verbal introduction to the destination and then visit the Career Development Center to receive a letter of official support for the place, as you will be given a one-time letter. 

The student must return the official written letter of support with a stamp and signature to the Career Development Center without the presence of a stamp and signature, the written letter will not be taken from you and must be printed, i.e. you will have to write and print it on a computer.

The deadline for summer training is (1/6/2025) to 1/9/2025.

The duration of the summer training will be in the form of direct attendance and you must perform at least 100 hours of training during this period, which means that you are responsible for only 100 hours of training in those 3 months, but if they do so on the condition that you have to train more, you must comply with them.

. The student must submit the preparation package (attendance package, letter of resignation, resignation) to the supervising teacher after the end of the summer training, and the supervising teacher must submit all the information to the Career Development Center after reviewing the information and signing it.

- After the end of the training، each student is required to prepare and submit a report electronically which we will send to you in the future and it should be on the template that is attached and each student should write a report separately i.e. they should not write the report in groups. It is normal for the report to be in Kurdish or in English، but it must be on the template that is attached and the report must not be handwritten، i.e. it must be written on a computer. The date of commencement of the application must be indicated in the inauguration letter and it must be stamped and signed and printed.

. It should be mentioned in the handwritten note that the student has successfully completed 100 hours of training without the presence of this sign, the written letter is not acceptable, it must also be stamped and signed and printed, the handwriting is not acceptable.

 The list of attendance must be stamped and signed by the place where the training is to be performed, and in addition to the date of attendance, it must also be written on the number of hours of training per day, so that the number of days and time is then calculated, and the 100 hours have been completed.

Please do not return the list of absences to the Career Development Center without the signature of the Supervisor of Training and all other documents. They must hand over the information to the Supervisory Teacher. They will return the information to the Career Development Center, in very special cases, as a co-operation, we will retrieve the information with the consent of the Supervisor Teacher, but there must be a specific reason. After completing the training، the student must provide feedback on the site before handing over the information to the supervising teacher which we will send to you in the future.


14. All students must have completed their training before 1/9/2025 and submit their documents and information to the supervising teacher, if the student does not submit the information by that date, he will be considered as a failure.

Some training sites may start with a single letter or quit because they have a lot of students, so it\'s okay if you finish your internship and they don\'t write to you directly, just let your training supervisor know that you\'ve completed your internship so that they can finally get that transcript back.

Finally, as a summary of the points above, each student should refer the following transcripts to the Institute\'s Career Development Center from the beginning to the end of the training:

Letter of disambiguation of the place with official signature and seal.
Inauguration Letter with Signature and Official Seal
A resignation letter stating that you have completed 100 hours of training with an official signature and seal.
Attendance reports with signatures and official seals
Scientific reports and feedback will be sent to you in the future.
