This year, for the first time ever, South Kurdistan ❤️☀️ will host an international, space-focused innovation event — bringing NASA’s global hackathon to the heart of the cradle of civilization.
oin us in Sulaimani, a culturally rich and forward-thinking city, as we dive into 48 hours of creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving. Participants from all backgrounds — coding, science, art, data, storytelling, and more — will work together to create solutions using NASA’s open-source data.
This is the first-ever event in South Kurdistan dedicated to space and space science — a historic moment for youth, technology, and regional innovation.
