A comprehensive framework panel for the ethics of using artificial intelligence in research

The “Comprehensive Framework for Ethical AI in Research” panel was a joint panel between Qaiwan International University and Kurdistan Technical Institute that took place on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at KTI. The panel addressed the rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) and its integration into scientific research, presenting a comprehensive framework for the responsible use of AI in universities, with an emphasis on its application in scientific research.

Key discussion topics included the importance of the ethical integration of AI, the role of collaboration and peer review, and the practical implementation of AI in research. These discussions provided valuable insights into how AI can be utilised responsibly and effectively in scientific inquiries, promoting both innovation and ethical standards in academic research.

Dr. Rebwar Mala Nabi (an expert in the field of AI) palnelist.

Dr. Sarkar Hassan Ahmad (Ph.D. in Improving IoT Security) panelist.

Dr. Diyari Abdulkhaliq Hassan (PhD in Computer Engineering) panelist.
