Reasons for not accepting scientific research in scientific journals

Information Technology Department of KTI held a scientific seminar for Mr. A. PhD. Hozan Khalid Hama Rashid Professor at the Institute of Computer Science - Polytechnic University of Sulaymaniyah، entitled "Reasons for Not Accepting Scientific Research in Scientific Journals" organized in Sheikh Fakher Sheikh Tayeb Conference Hall، after the completion of the seminar، Dr. Zana Aziz Kakarash، head of information technology department under the name of the institute\\\\\'s director، thanked Dr. Hozani and wished him more success.
